This tutorial was written by me and any similarities to any other is just a
coincidence. This tut was written in PSP 9 but should work in all versions.
This tut assumes you have a moderate working knowledge of PSP.

Open a 700 x 700 canvas.Flood fill with white-rename bk
Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize and any
special instructions.
New raster-selections all -paste paper 8 into selection-deselect
28-no resize-blend mode-soft light
43-45
45-55-blend mode-Luminance-Legacy
1-70
40-75-mirror
67-45-mirror
86-45
copy and paste tube-resize 45%
17-45
63-45
66-15-duplicate and mirror-duplicate the mirror image
this makes a total of 3.
31-45
18-45-erase to put it into her hand
16-35
20-25-erase to make it look like she is holding it
5-45
Close off these layers
Merge visible the rest-Canvas resize to 900 x 900
rearrange to center -canvas size 700 x 700
Merge-visible -duplicate
selections all -contract 16-delete
Image-flip-Image-mirror-add drop shadow.
Merge down
Resize- sharpen
Add ©- lic # and name
Save as JPEG
