This tutorial was written by me and any similarities to any other is just a
coincidence. This tut was written in PSP 9 but should work in all versions.
This tut assumes you have a moderate working knowledge of PSP.

I used" BD Mask Set 7-61"-HERE
Font of choice-I used "MeaCulpa"
Open a 700 x 700 canvas.Flood fill with white-rename bk
Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize and any
special instructions.

29-40-duplicate and nirror
Copy and paste tube-no resize-erase to make it look like
she is inside the window-opacity 70%

Copy and paste tube again-resize 35%-mirror

57-45-Selections all-float and defloat
expand1-newraster below this one-Flood fill with #d1b0fa-
deselect
44-20-mirror
43-35-duplicate and mirror.
Add dropshadows where you feel are needed.
Close off white bk -Merge visible the rest
above bk-new raster -selections all
copy and paste paper 2 into selection-deselect
Resize- sharpen
Add ©- lic # and name
Delete bk layer
Save as PNG.
