coincidence. This tut was written in PSP 9 but should work in all versions.
 This tut assumes you have a moderate working knowledge of PSP.

What you will need
 Tube of choice.
Kit of choice.

Mask of choice-I used "BD Mask Set 6-47"-HERE

Font of choice-I used "CF Expedition" 

    Let’s get started!
Open a 800 x 800 canvas.Flood fill with white-rename bk
 Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize and any
special instructions.

 

55-No resize

 

43-No resize

 

89-No resize

 

22-No resize

 

48-25

 

Copy and paste tube -resize 35%

 

25-40-image rotate-free rotate

left 90 

4-40

30-35

 

10-No resize

 

24-35

 

17-50

Add Drop shadows as needed

 

Close bk layer -merge visible

 

Resize- sharpen

 

New raster above bk selections all-

copy and paste paper 6 into selection -deselect.

 

Apply mask to paper layer-merge group.

 

Delete white bk

 

Merge visible 

 

Add ©- lic # and name

Save as PNG.

    Let’s get started!
Open a 700 x 700 canvas.Flood fill with white-rename bk
 Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize and any
special instructions.

Element75-No Resize-rename frame

63-50-duplicate -move copy of 63-50

under the frame layer-activate the top layer

erase to let the leaves show thru.

76-40

62-40
Close off bk layer -merge visible the rest
New raster copy and paste ap5 into selection-deselect.
new raster-flood fill with #daba74-Blend mode-Luminance(Legacy)
Merge down.This will be you mask layer-Apply mask
Merge group.
New raster -draw out a circle to go behind the frame-
Flood fill with white-deselect-move above bk layer.

Add dropshadows where you like.
Close bk layer-Merge visible the rest

Delete bk layer

Merge visible.

 Resize- sharpen  Add ©- lic # and name

Save as PNG.

Copy and paste tube-resize70%-Mirror-erase to fit under frame-

Blend mode-Soft Light.

Copy and paste tube -resize 35%-erase to fit in frame.

Activate the bk layer-new raster -selections all-
Copy and paste paper 1 into selection-deselect.

Now you should have 2 layers-bk and merged.

activate bk-new raster-selections all-copy and paste

paper1 into selection-deselect-Apply xenofex filter

to this layer with these settings.

 

Close off white bk -Merge visible the rest

Add ©- lic # and name

Delete bk layer

Save as PNG.
