Let’s get started!
Open a 800 x 800 canvas.Flood fill with white-rename bk
Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize and any
special instructions.

This tut assumes you have a moderate working knowledge of PSP.

No outside filters used.

30-No resize
71-60-Mirror
50-No resize

Copy and paste tube-resize 40
-Blend erase the legs into the grass.
78-No resize-Blend erase over the pond
68-60
58-40-Blend erase edges
83-40
8-50
Add drop shadows where needed
Close bk layer-Merge visible
Add ©- lic # and name-Delete bk layer.
Save as PNG.
