No outside filters used
Open a 700 x 700 canvas.Flood fill with white-rename bk
Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize and any
special instructions.
39-no resize47-70
35-no resize
103-80
19-70 -mirror
95-70
Tube-resize 35%-erase bottom to fit inside frame.
42-70
45-25
46-20
28-55
Add dropshadows where you like.
Close bk layer-Merge visible the rest.
Close bk layer-Merge visible the rest.
Delete bk Layer
Resize- sharpen
Add ©- lic # and name
Save as PNG.
