Filter-Xenofex2-Burnt Edges
Open a 700 x 700 canvas.Flood fill with white-rename bk
Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize and any
special instructions.

134-no resize-duplicate and mirror
142-65
60-80
137-65-mirror
124-85
91-75
Copy and paste tube-resize 35%
96-50
130-40
140-55
79-no resize
17-no resize
52-55
add dropshadows where you feel are needed.
Close off white bk -Merge visible the rest
resize.
Now you should have 2 layers-bk and merged.
activate bk-new raster-selections all-copy and paste
paper1 into selection-deselect-Apply xenofex filter
to this layer with these settings.
Close off white bk -Merge visible the rest
Delete bk layer
Save as PNG.
