This tutorial was written by me and any similarities to any other is just a
coincidence. This tut was written in PSP 9 but should work in all versions.
This tut assumes you have a moderate working knowledge of PSP.

Font of choice-I used"XXII ARABIAN-ONENIGHTSTAND"
Mask of Choice-I used"Rebel Designs 525"-HERE
No outside filters used
Open a 800 x 800 canvas.Flood fill with white-rename bk
Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize and any
special instructions.
79-55-duplicate and mirror-duplicate the duplicated
layer -place after the frame gets pasted
paper 6-resize 50-erase to fit behind the frame once placed.
27-no resize
81-50
70-50
13-34
Tube-resize 55%
26-40
39-60
24-30-Duplicate and mirror
28-50
30-50
49-30
21-25
19-30
23-30
50-55
12-30
16-20
14-35
8-25-mirror
Add Drop shadows as needed.
Close bk layer -merge visible
Resize- sharpen
New raster above bk selections all-
copy and paste paper 7 into selection-
deselect.-Apply mask-Merge group
Delete bk layer -merge visible .
Add ©- lic # and name
Save as PNG.
