No outside filters used
Open a 800 x 800 canvas.
Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize and any
special instructions. See tag for placement.

Cluster-resize 70%

add dropshadows where you feel are needed.
Close off white bk -Merge visible the rest
resize-sharpen
close off bk -Merge visible .
new rater-select all-copy and paste paper1-into selection
deselect-apply mask-merge group-merge visible.
Add ©- lic # and name
Delete bk layer
Save as PNG.
