This is a CT tut for Scraps and Company

tube use" Rossy" by ViNina-HERE

kit"  SantaMuerte"by DevilishDezines-HERE

What you will need

Tube of choice

Kit of choice

Filters-Xero-moonlight

Mask of choice

font of choice-i used 

Cornelia Script Slanted 

Lets get Started!

Open an 700 x 700 Canvas-flood fill with white.

Copy and paste element 99-resize 68%-rename frame

Copy and Paste  paper 11 –as new layer

Go to frame layer-Activate magic wand and click outside

of frame-activate paper layer –delete.

Apply xero-moonlight –Time of day 9.

add tubes and re size as wanted above the paper layer

mirror the left side tube-apply Xero-moonlight .

Duplicate the right side tube –on the top layer of tube apply xero-moonlight

same settings-lower opacity to 62%.

Copy and paste the following elements

38-Mirror and flip

89-duplicate then mirror

Add light drop shadows where needed

something like 1-1-35-5 black

or whatever you prefer.

lose bk-merge visible.

Open bk –New layer-selections all-

paste paper3 into selection-apply mask-merge group.

Delete bk layer-merge visible

Add © and License info

and then add your name

I use paper9 @50% -background and fill

and #161620 for stroke set at 1.

I used Cornelia Script Slanted font
