This tutorial was written by me and any similarities to any other is just a
coincidence.This tut was written in PSP 9 but should work in all versions.
 This tut assumes you have a moderate working knowledge of PSP
What you will need
 tube of choice
kit of choice

Mask

Font

Always activate the top layer again after moving element
unless specifically stated.
Lets get started!

open an 800 x 800 canvas flood fill with white. Rename bk.
See tag for placement of elements

New layer-selections all -copy and paste Paper1into selection

selections none.

Apply mask

 Elements list with re size %

56- no re size

24-no re size

18-no re size

20- no re size

26- no re size

69- no resize

11- 40%

Copy and paste your tube re size 75%
62- 40 %
60-40 %
19- 60 %
28-60%
41-30 %- duplicate this layer and mirror
43-60%

Add light drop shadows where needed

something like 1-1-35-5 black

or whatever you prefer.

close bk-merge visible.

Add © and  license info and name 

I used Paper4 in the  background box of materials palette

and #623d8c in the foreground box with a stroke of 1
