coincidence.This tut was written in PSP 9 but should work in all versions.
 This tut assumes you have a moderate working knowledge of PSP

Open an 800 x 800 canvas –Flood fill with white-rename bk

Copy and paste these elements-re-sizes given

23-no re-size

69-no re-size

22- 75%

25- 75%

53- no re-size

Copy and paste tube-re-size 70 %

add the following elements-re size given

59- no re-size-Image duplicate-mirror

58-36%

15- 35%

17-75%

14-35%

13-40%

9- 40%

Close bk-merge visible rest

New raster above bk-selections all

copy and paste PP2 into selection

Apply mask—merge group-re-size 85%

close bk –merge visible the rest.

Re-size if you like remember to sharpen.

Add © and License info.

Add name used Most Wasted font-size 36-stroke 1

Stroke color #000000

Background color#e2050e
