This tutorial was written by me and any similarities to any other is just a

coincidence.This tut was written in PSP 9 but should work in all versions.

 This tut assumes you have a moderate working knowledge of PSP

What you will need

 tube of choice

mask of choice

kit of choice

 

Always activate the top layer again after moving element

unless specifically stated.

Lets get started!

Open an 800 x 800 canvas-Flood fill with white

rename bk.

35-75%-selection tool –ellipse-

draw out an ellipse to match the inner frame.

PP 4 paste as new layer-selections-invert-delete-deselect,

Place behind frame layer.

Copy and paste tube –activate raster4 –selections all-selections float then defloat

activate tube layer-selections-invert-delete, unselect.

Place under Frame

Elements list and resize amounts

18-50%

47-80% then 80% again-Place above bk layer

89-35%

80-50% Place above raster2

43-35%

41-35%

67-50% Image rotate- free rotate -right 15.

65-no resize-place above bk layer

64-50% flip

22-50%-place above raster4

Close off bk layer

merge visible rest

Add © and license info

Add wordart or extras sayings or just names

many ways to go with this.
