What you will need

 Tube of choice.
Kit of choice.

Font of choice

No outside filters used. 

  

 Let’s get started!

Open a 800 x 800 canvas ,Flood fill with white

rename layer BK.

  Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize

 

New raster-selections-select all-paste paper 4 into selections-deselect.

 

 113-40-opacity 64

 

72-100-blend mode-Lighten-

duplicate-change blend mode to normal-opacity-40

 

 14-35

 

9-40-Duplicate and mirror

95-40

88-40

86-No resize

Copy and paste tube-resize 50%

96-40

85-20

Add drop shadows as needed

 

close bk and paper  4 layers.

Merge visible

Open bk and paper4 layers-hi light paper4 apply mask

merge group.

Delete bk-Merge visible-resize-sharpen.

Add ©- lic # and name. 

Save as PNG.
