What you will need

 Tube of choice.
Kit of choice.

Font of choice

No outside filters used. 

  

 Let’s get started!

Open a 800 x 800 canvas ,Flood fill with white

rename layer BK.

 

 53-50-Image flip

56-No resize

7-No resize

55-50

5-No resize

Copy and paste tube-resize 40%

10-50

45-30

49-40

38-50

34-25

33-25

47-35

51-40

Add drop shadows as needed

Close bk-merge visible.

 

New raster above bk- selections all-Copy and paste 

paper 2 into selection.

New raster-paste paper 11-Blend mode multiply.

Deselect.close merged layer and bk.

Merge visible the paper layers(2 &11).

Apply mask-Merge group.

 

Delete bk-Merge visible-resize-sharpen.

 

Add ©- lic # and name. 

Save as PNG.
