This tutorial was written by me and any similarities to any other is just a
coincidence. This tut was written in PSP 9 but should work in all versions.
This tut assumes you have a moderate working knowledge of PSP.
What you will need

Font of choice-I used "MeaCulpa"
No outside filters used
Open a 851 x 351 canvas.
Copy and paste paper 12 as new layer
Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize and any
special instructions.
water no resize-duplicate and move almost all the way to the left.
water 2-No resize
wa-70
butterflies-45
palm 4-60
Copy and paste 1/2 Tube-resize 45%
parrots-50
flower 9-20
flower2-20
flower 12-20
flower 11-20
flower 7-20
colibri-30
butterfly-45
grass-35-duplicate and mirror
Add drop shadows as needed
I used 1-1-28-5-Black
and
2-2-50-5-Black
Merge visible.
Apply a frame of 4 pixels using paper 14-add drop shadow
Blend mode-Luminance(Legacy)
Add ©- lic # and name.
Save as Jpeg-Upload to Facebook
