This tutorial was written by me and any similarities to any other is just a

coincidence. This tut was written in PSP 9 but should work in all versions.

 This tut assumes you have a moderate working knowledge of PSP.

What you will need

 tube of choice.

kit of choice.

Font of choice.

Let’s get started!

Open a 700 x 700 canvas-Flood fill with white.

Copy and paste 101-resize 80%-

Click magic wand inside of frame-expand 5-

new raster behind frame-copy paper 10

paste into selection-keep marching ants

copy tube paste as new layer –move to liking-

selections invert –delete-deselect marching ants.

Activate 101-frame layer-

Copy and paste elements as follows I have put the % of resize and any

special instructions. See tag for placement.

Add Drop shadow to elements as you like

I used 1-1-56-5-black

close off raster 1 –merge rest

Copy and paste element 86-duplicate a few times and place at edges

to act like a mask-close white bk and the merged layer-merge visible the toile  layers

lower opacity to 32-open tag layer and merge visible, at this point

you should have 2 layers a white layer ,above that a merged layer.

resize-sharpen.

Add © lic # and name

For font I used” MeaCulpa”

size 26

background color #ed8779

foreground-nil

Delete white layer

Save as PNG
