This tutorial was written by me and any similarities to any other is just a

coincidence. This tut was written in PSP 9 but should work in all versions.

 This tut assumes you have a moderate working knowledge of PSP.

What you will need

 tube of choice

kit of choice

Font of choice-I used Foxes in Love

Filters Unlimited 2.0-ColorEffects

Animations-353 and 354-HERE

Let’s get started!

Open a 800 x 800 Canvas-Flood fill with white-Rename BK

Copy and paste elements as follows I have put the % of resize and any

special instructions. See tag for placement. Add drop shadow where you like.

Element 17-resize 35%

8-25-Duplicate and mirror

Copy  and paste tube resize 60%

11-20-Duplicate and mirror

13-50-Duplicate and mirror

Close off BK layer –merge visible rest

Re open bk –New raster –selections all

Copy and paste Paper6 into selection-selections none

On this layer apply Filters Unlimited with these

settings

lower opacity to 64.

on Merged layer apply dropshadow

2  2  52  5.00 Black

Check box for Shadow on new layer.

On the shadow layer erase the shadow from the

water part on the bottom of tag.

Merge all (flatten).

Re size if you like.

Add © License info and name.

Save as Jpeg
