No outside filters used. 

Let’s get started!

Open a 851 x 315 canvas we will be making a facebook cover

Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize.

  Example- layer1(bottom layer- Paper2-no resize .100=No resize.

build up from bottom. 

Check placement of elements to liking.

 Add drop shadows where needed.

 

Add a frame 

FTU frame made by me.

 

  Merge visible-sharpen.

  Add word art or text

add © info and store url

and license.

Save as JPEG or PNG
