Kit of choice.  Font of choice.

Word art of choice

No outside filters used. 

 Let’s get started!

Open a 851 x 315 canvas we will be making a facebook cover

Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize

 

Selections all -copy and paste paper 1 into selection-deselect. Blend mode-saturation.

Copy and paste paper 1 as new layer -no resize-Blend mode-Saturation.

new layer -selections all -copy and paste paper 7 into selection-Blend mode-Screen.

 Add dropshadows where needed.
