Open a 851 x 315 canvas we will be making a facebook cover

 Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize

 

 Copy and paste paper 13 as new layer--arrange to liking.

37-15-opacity 28-duplicate and change

blend mode to Overlay-opacity 100
