What you will need

 Tube of choice.
Kit of choice.  Font of choice.

Wordart of choice

No outside filters used. 

 Let’s get started!

Open a 851 x 315 canvas we will be making a facebook cover

 Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize

 

Selections-selections all-copy and paste paper 5 into selection.

Copy and paste paper 5 as new layer--Blend erase 

to look like tag.You should have something like this.

22-no resize

 

33-no resize

 

72-35-mirror -erase to match tag-

Blend mode-Hard light.

63-20

Copy and paste tube-resize to 10%

32-50

57-50

76-10-Blend erase to match tag.

69-10

Check placement of elements to liking.

 Add dropshadows where needed.

 

   Merge visible-sharpen.

 

New raster-selections-selections all-flood fill with color of choice into selection.

Selections modify contract 2-delete-deselect.

 Merge visible-sharpen.

Add word art or text

add © info and store url

and license.

 

Save as JPEG or PNG
