Kit of choice.  Font of choice. 

Mask of choice

No outside filters used.

 Let’s get started!

Open a 800 x 800 canvas

 Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize.

 Flood fill with either white or dark grey.

Copy and paste element 14-No resize

15-35-duplicate and mirror

7-35-duplicate and mirror

 67-35-duplicate and mirror

1-No resize

 18-70-erase to match tag

50-No resize

Copy and paste tube resize 35%

61-35-Duplicate and mirror

41-25-Duplicate and mirror

21-25-Duplicate and mirror

62-25-Duplicate and mirror

 

Check placement of elements to liking.

 Add dropshadows where needed.

 
Merge visible-sharpen.

 

Resize to liking.

new raster below tag-selections-selections all-

Copy and paste-paper 15 into selection-deselect-Apply mask-

merge group.

Delete bk layer -Merge visible-sharpen.

 Add ©- lic # and name.

Save as PNG
