No outside filters used.

 Let’s get started!

Open a 851 x 315 canvas we will be making a facebook cover   

 Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize

Selections all-copy and paste paper into selection-deselect.

75-No resize-Blend mode-Multiply.

Copy and paste tube-resize 40%

Copy and paste tube-no resize.Blend mode-Multiply.

60-70-mirror

131-70

126-50

Add dropshadows where needed.

 Merge visible-sharpen.

 

New raster-selections all-copy and paste paper 10 into selection-

Selections modify contract 3-delete-deselect.

 Merge visible-sharpen.

 

 Add ©- lic # and name.and word art.

Merge-flatten.

Save as JPEG
