Kit of choice.  Font of choice.

No outside filters used.

 Let’s get started!

Open a 800 x 800 canvas

 Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize

 

 14-no resize-duplicate and mirror

 

Copy and paste tube resize 45%

21-No resize

 

27-No resize

 

15-85

 

16-85

 

17-70

 

43-70

 

36-70

 

42-70

 

add dropshadows 

arrange to look like tag. 

close bk layer-merge visible-resize to liking

Open bk layer -new raster-Copy and 

paste paper 6 into selection-deselect.

apply mask to paper layer-opacity 68%

Copy and paste 45-resize 75%-Duplicate and mirror.

check everything close off bk.Merge visible.sharpen.

 Add ©- lic # and name

Merge visible

Save as PNG.
