Open a 800 x 800 canvas

 Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize and any
special instructions.See tag for placement.

 

107-No resize

 

106-No resize

 

78-No resize-move to right side-duplicate

move to the left-duplicate-mirror-place in center.

 

 87-No resize

102-No resize-duplicate and mirror.

Copy and paste tube-resize 35%

Add drop shadows as needed

Close bk-merge visible.

New raster above bk- selections all-Copy and paste 

paper 11nto selection.Deselect.Apply mask-Merge group.

Delete bk-Merge visible-resize-sharpen.

Add ©- lic # and name

Save as PNG.
