Font of choice-I used "Mad Beef" 

Filter-Xero-Serious Fog  

 Let’s get started!
Open a 800 x 800 canvas

 Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize and any
special instructions.

Paper 15-no resize

103-No resize-blend erase bottom

19-No resize-duplicaye-mirror-flip

Tube-resize 36%

32-16 

 97-35-mirror

16-35

55-30

69-30 

93-35-erase string

 105-30

96-30

94-45-Erase sting

128-No resize-Duplicate and mirror

126-45

Add drop shadows as needed

merge visible-duplicate

resize 90%

rename bottom layer 100

and upper layer 90.

Activate 90 layer-apply filter with these settings.

 Apply this inner bevel to the same layer

(Light Color is #5f727a)

 

Add element 125-resize 20%-Duplicate and mirror 

Match my tag

Add a light drop shadow to the flowers.

 Add ©- lic # and name

Save as JPEG.
