Let’s get started!
Open a 800 x 800 canvas.Flood fill with white-rename bk
Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize and any
special instructions.
This tutorial was written by me and any similarities to any other is just a
coincidence. This tut was written in PSP 9 but should work in all versions.
This tut assumes you have a moderate working knowledge of PSP.

Tube of choice.
Kit of choice.

Font of choice-I used "Scriptina Pro"
No outside filters used.
Open a 800 x 800 canvas.Flood fill with white-rename bk
Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize and any
special instructions.
16-No resize
33-45
17-No resize-erase bottom
21-50
72-50-Duplicate and mirror
Copy and paste tube-resize 25%
44-35-Blend erase edges
128-45
73-20-mirror
81-30
86-30
34-15-duplicate and move over and down a bit
101-30
103-30
100-2
Add Drop shadows as needed
Close bk layer -merge visible
Resize- sharpen
Delete white bk
Add ©- lic # and name
Save as PNG.
