This tutorial was written by me and any similarities to any other is just a
coincidence. This tut was written in PSP 9 but should work in all versions.
This tut assumes you have a moderate working knowledge of PSP.

Font of choice-I used"Dolphin OCEAN WAVE"
No outside filters used.
Open a 800 x 800 canvas.Flood fill with white-rename bk
Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize and any
special instructions.
19-80
56-80 -duplicate two more times and move to left and right
this will be your mask layer.
1-no resize
Tube-no resize-Mirror-erase all but head-
duplicate and close the duplicated layer.
23-no resize
9-no resize-erase blend before merging
16-50-mirror
69-40-mirror

62-no resize-duplicate and mirror

Copy and paste tube resize 45%

12-50-mirror-duplicate-do not move

Activate the mirrored tube layer-Opacity 68
Open the duplicated layer of this tube and move above
layer 39-17-Opacity 36%-Blend mode-Screen.

Add drop shadows where you like.
Delete bk layer-merge visible.Resize- sharpen.
Add ©- lic # and name
Save as PNG.
