This tutorial was written by me and any similarities to any other is just a

coincidence. This tut was written in PSP 9 but should work in all versions.

 This tut assumes you have a moderate working knowledge of PSP.

What you will need

 Tube of choice.

Kit of choice.

Font of choice.

Let’s get started!

Open a 700 x 700 canvas-Flood fill with white. Rename bk.

Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize and any

special instructions. See tag for placement.

 Copy and paste element 39-resize 50%

 50-50%-mirror
104-no resize
91-no resize
8-no resize-use eraser to fit inside of well

use these settings for all blend erase

112-34-mirror
50-35-duplicate and mirror
66-45-duplicate and mirror
121-no resize
106-25
92-35-mirror
26-15
26-7-duplicate and mirror
123-50-mirror
23-35-mirror
20-30
9-35
15-35-mirror
Copy and paste tube-35% blend into the scene at the bottom.
72-15

add drop shadows where you like
close bk
merge visible the rest.
Open the bk -new raster-selectioms all
copy and paste paper 20 into selection-deselect.
Copy and paste 119-resize 75% place on upper right side
behind the tag.Merge this layer down with the paper layer
apply mask(548)-merge group-resize 89%.Move up a bit.
Delete bk -merge visible

Add ©- lic # and name

For font I used”Scriptina Pro ” at 30 stroke 1

add gradient glow at 3 thin with this color  #f3d4ee

Save as PNG.
