This tutorial was written by me and any similarities to any other is just a

coincidence. This tut was written in PSP 9 but should work in all versions.

 This tut assumes you have a moderate working knowledge of PSP.

What you will need

 Tube of choice.

Kit of choice.

Font of choice.

Mask of choice

Let’s get started!

Open a 800 x 800 canvas-Flood fill with white-rename bk.

Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize and any

special instructions. See tag for placement.

New raster-selections all-copy and paste paper 14 into selection.

Deselect.

75-no resize-blend mode-Luminance

55-no resize-Blend mode-Lighten

52-80-blend mode soft light

2-40-duplicate and mirror

23-35-mirror

52-no resize-blend mode-soft light-duplicate and mirror

20-no resize

19-40-duplicate and mirror

15-40-duplicate and mirror

29-30

74-no resize

Copy and paste tube-resize 27%

57-30

Close bk layer –merge visible the rest.

Duplicate merged layer-resize 90%-move above the bk layer

You should have layers in this order

Merged-100%(-where mask is applied)

Copy of merged-90%

Bk

Activate original merged layer apply mask-merge group

Go back to the copy of merged and blend erase edges

Use these settings

Delete bk merge visible the rest.

Resize-sharpen.

Add ©- lic # and name

For font I used “Angelic War” at 36 stroke 1

Background color #fac7aa

Stroke #db4d66

Save as PNG
