This tutorial was written by me and any similarities to any other is just a

coincidence. This tut was written in PSP 9 but should work in all versions.

 This tut assumes you have a moderate working knowledge of PSP.

What you will need

kit of choice

Font of choice I used "BlackFlag"-HERE

Let’s get started!

Open a 800 x 800-Flood fill with white-rename bk

Copy and paste elements as follows I have put the % of resize and any

special instructions. See tag for placement. Add drop shadow where you like.

Element 77-no resize

3-35-mirror

57-50

32-no resize

12-no resize

63-50-mirror

75-no resize-duplicate and mirror.

Copy and paste tube-resize 60%

move to the other side.

Close bk layer-merge visible the rest.

On the merged layer –resize to 650x650-leave

resize all layers unchecked. Sharpen.

You should have a BK layer and a Merged layer now.

Activate BK layer-

Copy and paste element 36-no resize.

Close bk layer-merge rest. Delete bk layer

Add © and license info

Add name

save as PNG.
