 What you will need
 Tube of choice.
Kit of choice.

Mask of choice.I used"WSL_Mask81"-HERE

Font of choice-I used "FreshlyThinking"  

    Let’s get started!
Open a 800 x 800 canvas

.Flood fill with a dark color(we will be using a lot of white

elements and we want to see what we are working on -rename bk.

 Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize and any
special instructions.

 

38-75-Duplicate-mirror-move down a bit.

24-50

143-55

 

Copy and paste tube-resize 25%-Erase to fit into frame(see tag).

64-No resize

Add drop shadows as needed

Close bk-merge visible.

 

Activate Selection tool-Draw out a rectangle 

a bit larger than the inside of the frame.

New raster-selections all-copy and paste paper 29 into selection

deselect.

Move paper behind the tag layer

New raster-selections all -copy and  paste paper 28 into seletion-deselect

Apply mask to this layer.

Delete bk-Merge visible-resize-sharpen.

Add ©- lic # and name

Save as PNG.
